5. Verification and compliance checks

Workthinker may require identity or transaction verification to protect marketplace integrity, reduce fraud risk, and satisfy legal obligations. Failure to complete required checks may limit feature access or delay payouts.

6. Prohibited activities

You may not use Workthinker to:

• Commit fraud, impersonation, abuse, harassment, or deceptive practices.
• Upload malicious code, automate abusive traffic, or disrupt service reliability.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or submit unlawful content.
• Bypass security controls, verification procedures, or payment safeguards.

7. Intellectual property and platform license

You retain ownership of your original content unless otherwise agreed between project parties. By using Workthinker, you grant us a limited license to host, process, and display submitted content as needed to operate platform features.

8. Confidentiality and data use
